Bev Robertson

Bev Robertson has been serving the real estate industry for approximately 32 years. She has been licensed in several states throughout the south and currently holds a brokers license in Indiana, Kentucky, and North Carolina. Licensed in Kentucky since 1974 – Indiana since 1977 – North Carolina since 1985 Bev holds an Associates Degree in Business from Sullivan University, a Liberal Arts Degree from the University of Mexico, and post Graduate Studies from the University of Mexico (Facultad de Medicina).

Bev holds many designations: CRS– Certified Residential Specialist, GRI– Graduate of REALTOR® Institute, and ABR – Accredited Buyer’s Representative. Bev is a Member of the Southern Indiana REALTORS® Association, Indiana REALTORS® Association, Greater Louisville Association of REALTORS®, Kentucky REALTORS® Association, and the National Association of REALTORS®. Bev is also a past member of the North Carolina Association of REALTORS® where she served on many committees as acting Chairman and served as the President of the Winston-Salem Board of REALTORS®

Community and family are also very important factors in Bev’s life. She has served on several community service committees such as ‘Habitat for Humanity’, Board of Director member for Hospice of Southern Indiana, ‘Repair Affair’ Program, as well as Vice-President of the Main Street Preservation Association. Bev has served as a rape counselor for several years, as well as manned the “Hotline” for women in peril.

Bev enjoys reading, boating, scuba diving, deep sea fishing, skiing, and spending time with her family and friends. Bev is very proud of her daughter & three beautiful grandchildren.

Bev brings with her a wealth of experience in real estate and can assist you in every facet of your real estate needs. She specializes in relocation, residential – both new and existing construction, farms/rural property, as well as vacant land, and commercial ventures. Bev’s past associations include: Century 21, RE/MAX International, Better Homes & Gardens, and now currently owns and operates the brokerage The Hat Ladies and Associates.

Cleo Mertz

Licensed in Indiana since 1985 and licensed in Kentucky since 1995.

A native of Louisville, Kentucky ~ Cleo moved to the Indiana side of the river in 1979 and has been a full-time REALTOR® since 1986.

Cleo majored in Marketing and Art during college at Indiana University Southeast as well as Fine Arts at the Louisville School of Art. The artistic side of her nature has enabled her to be helpful to her clients in visualizing how various homes will suit their lifestyle.

Cleo has participated in various community activities, such as RepairAffair, Hospice, and the Lions Club of Elizabeth, Indiana. She leads a full and satisfying life with her five children, their children, and four great-grandchildren. Her husband “Pop” is retired and can be helpful with sundry duties such as putting up signs and delivering paperwork as necessary. There is always time to do some little extra things, such as riding her two horses and playing with the cats and dogs.

Jane Dusel

Jane Dusel, a native Louisvillian, is a graduate of Presentation Academy and Spaulding University. She completed graduate work at the University of Louisville and the University of Kentucky. Jane is a retired public school teacher and library media specialists, who worked for the Jefferson County Public School System for thirty years. As an educator, she wrote and received grants from the Louisville Community Foundation and was also a recipient of the Sisterhood/Brotherhood Award.

The mother of two lovely daughters and proud grandmother of three boys, in her spare time, Jane enjoys spending time with family, reading, and socializing.

Jane is an active member of the Louisville Board of REALTORS®, the Kentucky Board of REALTORS®, and the National Association of REALTORS®. She enjoys working with both Buyers and Sellers in Kentucky and is planning to extend her services to Southern Indiana later this year. As a REALTOR®, Jane offers personalized service, takes great prode in her work, and is thorough, trustworthy, and professional.
